Coating Scope
- Remove existing wet/crushed Iso down to steel deck
- New insulation to be mechanically fastened to steel decking
- Remove existing EPDM walkways/membrane and ISO to steel deck
- Mechanically attach new insulation and Securock to match thickness of existing
- Perform misc. EPDM repairs where needed
- Prime all areas with AlphaGuard WB primer
- AlphaGuard MTS base coat w/ full fabric at all flashings and field
- AlphaGuard MTS top coat
- AlphaGuard MTS safety yellow topcoat walkway
