- Remove the 24" x 24" x 2" concrete pavers, pedestals, the existing 3 inch thick "Plazamate" XPS insulation and set aside and secure so that they do not blow away.
- Throw away the filter fabric material.
- Tear off and remove existing 90 mil EPDM fully adhered over WR Grace waterproofing membrane installed on concrete deck.
- Scrape and remove all areas of existing fluid applied membrane to expose the underlying sloping concrete deck.
- Any waterproofing that is adhered tightly to the concrete deck may remain. Prime the cleaned concrete deck with PMMA All Purpose Primer.
- Apply JM PMMA Field Resin and embed full mesh.
- Apply JM PM MA Top Coat after the base cures.
- Reinstall all existing rigid extruded polystyrene insulation replacing all boards damaged with new extruded polystyrenen insulation.
- Install new filter fabric over the insulation surface.
- Re-install the existing pavers and pedestals. Include the replacement of Twenty (20) broken pavers.
